Black ink on asphalt is really hard to see, so those building at the bottom are going to be almost invisible. Which isn't terrible, but it's something to consider fixing. Or for next time.

I think that would be the point in this case. Almost like ghost images against the night sky. But then again, i'm not the designer.

Thanks for the advice HalfWheat I will keep that in mind. In this case I added the bottom section because it looked like it needed something towards the bottom and I was trying not to make it blend nicely.

Yeah, it's probably not a big deal for this design, but it's something to keep in mind for future designs. Asphalt and olive are both darker than their templates say they are, so black doesn't show up as well as you might expect.

In this case, it's fine that the buildings are sort of vague background elements, I agree.
