They would commend it, they say don't over use their product, and this is what happens when you do. This isn't saying you take one you die. Its says you drink a entire case, you will be blissful for the next 5 seconds till your body is overloaded with caffeine.

There's nothing stopping a company from sueing. You can claim that it's a parody in your defense in court. You could win or lose...and even if you win, the lawsuit can cost a bundle. I'm not saying that there's any risk with this item in particular. Just pointing out that the parody defense can still be costly, even if it's settled out of court.
