Copyright issues will continue with this, I'm afraid - Diet Coke is sold as Coke Light up and down Latin America and in other parts of the world - and abbreviation Coke is protected.
These entries make me angry on so many levels.

I still think "Cola" is a little too close ... the "Mintos" definitely is.
Change lite coke to Cola lite or somethnig, and change mentos to mintys/o-mints or something. You can suggest a brand without copying it completely.
