The lights here are softer than you'd think The dim lit peacocks in the trees, They're hiding their eyes and their beauty, like me But if my eyes were on my back I know what I'd be looking at Through every shade of brown and green I didn't know, I didn't know it was nothing new I didn't know, I didn't know it was you Oviedo by Blind Pilot

Re: Pretty Like The Boys
Yes please.
I was hoping to see something with a peacock. This is very creative!
Nice. Impressive use of the six color limit.
I loooooove shirts that make use of perspective [the right way]. I would like one of these on my body!
This is just beautiful. I love the use of colors and it's such a simple image that's done with so much detail. Amazing job.
Great Illustration! Good job.
The bane of sexual dimorphism. I think female peacocks would actually be quite pleased not to have to lug around all that garbage. Shiny green feathers aren't really the best camouflage, y'know? Anyway, very skillful illustration. Looks great.

Actually it's been shown that male peacocks with longer tails avoid predation better than males with shorter tails.
Choice of colors is awesome, great idea Powered By Coffee
Transgender issues aside, it's more the simple thought that the girl peacocks might harbor some jealousy over how pretty the male feathers are and secretly wish they had the same.

Oh my goodness I want this shirt SO MUCH. Very pretty and absolutely hilarious.
wow! Clever and awesome! +1
Wow, this is great CMDixon. Great work with being super creative, and making a shirt that's kind of gender neutral, no pun intended. Lovely illustration to boot.
This was not what I expected to see when I clicked on the thumbnail (I guess I was just expecting to see a still-life). Its very beautiful, and funny- which is hard to pull off, I think.
Not a fan of stark white shirts, but I think this might have to be my first if it prints. The detail on the head and chest feathers is really beautiful. That said, I would definitely buy it if it were on a darker shirt.
I love how the peahen is fanning her little tail, trying to show off. =) I love the colors in this design too! Very creative; good job!
This is a great concept and well executed.I love the illustration.
I like the use of the shirt front and I like the colors, but the paint cans look a little sloppy (drawn not spilled). And where did the white paint come from?
Lovely. Not just the design and colors, but also the clever movement and flow to the shirt. Nice!
And all the peahens go: "No she didn't!" Oh yes she DID. GMV
Fantastic execution and concept sir!
Thanks for all the support and votes everyone! Halfway through this I almost scrapped the design because I wasn't sure where to go with it, but I'm glad I didn't because it turned out a little better than I thought it would originally. And mrwednesday....the white "paint" is most likely bird poo. She had to get creative you know.

LOL commentWIN!
I LOVE this! GMV. I'm an anti-white shirt person too, but I don't think this would work as well on a darker shirt.
I really like it, but I don't know if I could buy it as me + white shirt = messier than that bird...
This is very clever! I like the vibrant colors on white, and I don't have enough white T-Shirts. GMV
I love this! Bird is executed extremely well and the idea is great. GMV
LOVE IT! it stands to reason that the peahen would have "color envy". it's also amusing to think that in a way, she's a cross dresser. this is great! love the concept, love the design!
Wow, this is really beautifully done. Well done!
very cool; don't usually like off center image placements but this one works perfectly...
Wonderful!

Takes a minute... but once it sinks in... I really like this... +(5000/2)/(2.5*10^2)
i LOVE this!
I like it, simple, and pretty neat. YGMV
Beautiful! And great concept. Love it. Maybe it's my browser, but does this really stay within the 6-color limit? I hope so, cause it's great!
Yay for fogging!
my fav! great concept!
I want this! I just lack the money to buy it... regardless I voted for it
I envision clicking through the channels coming across an animated feature film titled "Peacocks Don't Cry" with Hillary Swank doing the voice over of a troubled adolecsent with gender identity issues.
Outstanding work!
love it...gmv
Hope it wins, the only one in the fog I voted for! 8)
i absolutely love how "clean" this is, and the use of color is fantastic. Diggin' the artistic style. +1
What's your source for that?

i believe that was pulled directly from his/her arse

Petrie, M. (1992) Males with low mating success are more likely to suffer predation. Animal Behavior 44: 585-586 Not sure what other work has been done on this but this is the one I know of.
I would absolutely pick this one up.
I LOVE this design!!! Where's the "Id want one" button to click on?

This is an old derby that's been closed and the winners already printed. Plus, you have to actually have bought something from a woot site to be able to vote. That empty little box next to your name means...you don't get to vote.
