I'm on the fence though, as I'm not sure about the message, and I already have a closet full of 'snarky'.

sliced bread isn't even an improvement. By preslicing the bread the bread interior is exposed, making it more prone to mold. It also dries out faster. And yet sliced bread is cheaper. I guess they want you to buy more bread.

I like the shirt, but can't wear it because it doesn't make sense.

"Such and such is the greatest thing since sliced bread" means such and such is not better than sliced bread, it does not surpass sliced bread, it is better than everything that came after sliced bread.

I don't get it? Saying thing X is "the best thing since sliced bread" doesn't imply that thing X surpasses sliced bread. Quite the contrary... it means you'd have to go as far back as sliced bread to find something that surpasses thing X.

Seriously weak entry....no drama this week either really. we know what the three shirts are going to be. But this was by far the weakest of the top 10 let alone the fog.

Wait, when you say "it's the best thing since sliced bread" you are not saying that it surpasses sliced bread. You are actually saying that sliced bread surpasses whatever you are talking about. I think this t-shirt is imported from bizarro world where everything is backwards and the t-shirt wears you.

If it said "nearly surpassed by almost everything" I would've bought it. As it stands, the shirt doesn't fit the saying.
