In for 1. Congrats, Cho! :D

And hey Roomba, if you don't laugh at history, you're bound to repeat it. Or something similarly obscure and superficially thoughtful. *shrug*

Nice rendering of Marx and friends. I'll pass, however. I already have something in a similar vein from one of shirt.w00t's competitors...

I am so tempted to get this for my cousin. We always play Risk on holiday gatherings. I am 36 and we still play it like when we were ten. BTW - He who controls Australia usually wins.

I would have liked it better if it had some other historical villains. I mean, seriously, why leave out Idi Amin and Pol Pot? Let's be thorough, people!

So what revolutionaries do you know of that didn't cause the deaths of thousands of people?

You really need to just let it go. This shirt is not condoning what they did, it is showing five famous communists playing a board game about ruling the world.

I know, I know. You'll have to forgive me. My cousin lived most of his life in the socialist "utopia" that was East Germany. If you wanna know how that was like, rent a little movie called The Lives of Others. He had a file about 2 inches thick on him, since he had family in the US military.

I get the irony, I'm just not exactly plussed by it. I also want to punch people who wear che' shirts and regularly have to restrain myself from getting into WAFFLES! TASTY WAFFLES! hipsters who are sporting China-Star shirts these days.

It's a good shirt, a nice design, I just won't get one myself. I find it.... distasteful. I'm sure it'll be fine for other peeps, and I generally loves me some w00t shirts.

Because woot already went there, at least for Pol Pot.

Mao? Most likely.

All in the game are communists. You would think they would have had Stalin instead of Marx, considering Marx never was never a leader of a country and hardly known in his lifetime. For that matter, Che should be replaced by Fidel Castro.

Pretty great t-shirt. Now make one with literary giants and I'll buy 3.

Jams Joyce would completely confuse the f*tard out of Woolf and then he's slam a pint of ale, twirl his dandy stick, and skip away while saying something like "Aye twiddle to de-twaddle, an sure'nuf to be dendelouring."

Subsequently Virginia Woolfe would drown herself in a lake. Oh wait...

"from left to right: Che, Marx, Lenin, Mao, Kim il Sung / Kim Jong il <-- since they look similar"

I love this one!!! I'm in for one. (Every Thanksgiving, after we have Thanksgiving dinner, my family holds our annual "Risk" championship [there's even a trophy]; something tells me they'll all be real intimidated when I take my seat at the table wearin' this shirt. Ha ha!) Victory shall be mine!

Greatest. Game. Evar.

I remember when I held off two armies of 25 with 10 men on Madagascar. It was recorded in the annals as the Battle of Madagascar. And we made a trophy out of a styrofoam cup.

I think Marx is good on the shirt, since he created Communism, albeit it's a weird irony that most if not all of the Governments that went on to use Communism weren't even close to the Communism that Marx dreamed of,but were actually closer Totaltarianist/Dictatorships only under the guise of Communism.

Marx's pointing hand is different from the winning submission, probably a good thing since the old hand looks like it has six fingers. Does woot always allow the artist to make small mods to the design after it has won or was this a special case due to the blantant anatomical incorrectness?

Hey everyone, long time visitor, first time buyer. I'm debating between the M and L. I'm 5'10 175 and don't like clothing too tight. Can someone tell me if these shrink?

I dont THINK they shrink...I didn't notice anything. I'm 5'10 180, but I like my clothes to be a bit tighter. Medium fits nicely, not too tight, not too loose. Small is a bit snugger, but again, not ridiculously tight. The difference between S and M was not that big, I thought S fit me a bit more nicely, because I'm not a fan of loose shirts. I have no idea how the L fits though, so I can't help you there >_>

Thanks for the help. My descent into poverty courtesy of Shirt.Woot has begun. I've sat on the sidelines watching for a long time, but I guess now it is time for me to get a job.

I'm 5' 9", 190lbs and M is a tight fit (yeah, I need to lose some weight, but even if I did it would still be a tight fit for my build). L fits more like a standard medium shirt. All of the shirts that I buy in the local clothing stores (Boston) are M and they fit fine. My thought is that the woot T's run a size smaller.

Woot allows pretty much any change that is for the better of the shirt, within reason, of course. Many slight changes have been allowed, although the only one I remember off the top of my head was people saying the Canadian Periodic Table was fixed to not have elements repeating.

It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.
