I praised the one that did something I haven't seen from him before. Consider it a protest vote - frankly, Drakxxx's four entries have, among them, barely over one good entry's worth of quality.
The tshirt is a medium that VERY much rewards complex art, because it is a medium that is ALWAYS seen.
Erm, try again, this time with some making sense.
It also rewards simple art, and I don't think anyone can viably reject that. But this is not about simple versus complex. It is about decent versus terrible. That you cannot wrap your head around the inherent wearability of actual artistic pieces is not something we should suffer for. Because no one here believes simple doesn't belong on shirts. Just not this blitheringly simple and horribly done.
You've managed to say nothing whatsoever here, in a great number of words at that.
And even despite my biases against this genre of work, you can see COPIOUS critique of the quality of their execution (anatomy, lighting, printability, soul), conceptualization, thematic relevance, overall respect, that has NOTHING to do with their "style". On every piece they put out.
Baloney. You rail against anime-style at every chance you get. And the mention of "cultural invasion," which you've noticeably avoided my calling you on, makes the context of your Cabbage Patch Elvis all too clear.
