So, I can appreciate how someone would be annoyed with the word sissy. "Wimp" or "wuss" would be a good replacement if what you want is an insult sans gender or sexuality politics.
I can vouch for Anna-Maria's kick-assness when it comes to breaking down gender stereotypes, though. So, I imagine she had no intention of this being a continuation of one.

Absolutely zero intention to anything except that those sea creatures are cowards and fight like such :-D And anybody who know my knows I love messing with gender stereotypes.
