I just received my first and last TeeFury shirt. The quality compared to shirt.woot is nowhere close. Does anyone know what kind of blanks they use? The printing is fairly good, but the shirt just ruins it for me. Anyone else agree?

Edit: After actually wearing it, the quality isn't bad. I'd like to take back my criticism, except only for the fact that the shirt still feels rough at first. I feel like it's a quality shirt, but just not as comfy as AA blanks. Unfortunately, as bluejester points out Woot may be changing...

IIRC, for the guys, they're Alstyle 1701. Ring spun cotton, but not combed, hence why they feel rougher.

FWIW, my TeeFury count is at 6.

I don't mind the shirt quality that much. They are rougher but they also feel more solid as well. I just wouldn't buy anything from them because they haven't printed anything even remotely interesting in at least a year or two.

in a not necessarily related note, I find that I've only bought 1 woot shirt in the last year or so...

It's ironic to me that we have a thread started by some one praising woots use of AA blanks, and now It sounds like they are switching suppliers????
