Just about to buy one, my DH loves it. Using my $5 coupon also. Hey, if DH wore somewhere in between a L and an XL on the AA blanks, what should I get with the Anvil shirts?

Maybe I'm not getting the perspective, but it looks like Saturn and Jupiter on the same orbit. This bothers me...

Congratulations on you first print here, paxdomino !

I'm always glad to see news artists managing to fit in here, among all the regular and successful designers.

Anorion wrote:I feel sorry for whoever has to touchup the screens for this print. So many tiny marks...

Yeah, I was thinking about that myself when I looked at the halftoning details in the shirt comp. Aren't those tiny dots unprintable? I know that in the tutorials I've seen here, they all make mention of removing the really small dots. So I was wondering what woot does in terms of stuff like that.

Either way, congrats on the print paxdomino! The design is really, really well done.

The scale of the system is ridiculously off.

Pretty shirt though.

Also, is that planet about to crash into the sun? Awesome.

Is there a higher res picture of this somewhere? I'm interested, but would love to have a closer look first!

First shirt I've felt I had to get for myself and my daughter... Nice job!

I never get Woot shirts for her as she doesn't get the jokes, but this will go over well with her space fixation and I'll just have to get ready to haul out all the astronomy books again.

Beautiful design and I hope it sticks around for a long time!

If you stare at it long enough, the image looks like it's shrinking.

I love it! However, my 3 cats prevent me from buying too many dark colored shirts as they just end up looking like furry cat hair shirts.

I like the illustration, but I don't think it's something something I could wear as a shirt. Congratulations, though! =)

If you look slightly above the sun and to the right a little, Pluto is a little black sphere waaaay in the distance. Pluto forever! :-)

Oooh. Did you say $5 coupon? I don't think I've seen any Woot coupons lately. Was this something from a newsletter recently or something?

Cool looking design... more of a poster than a shirt though...

I'm very surprised its not a StarWars shirt on May the 4th...

Here's hoping for a Beastie Boys shirt tomorrow.

RIP MCA.

I received an email a week or so ago from Jumbo woot. It said something about getting the coupon for participating in the deals.woot community.

I think that some of the people complaining about the composition of the planets/solar system in this shirt should make an attempt to reproduce it.

AWESOME shirt, I would have bought 3 of these if they were still printing on AA. Congrats to the artist, incredible concept, but I refuse to buy cheaper quality ill-fitted shirts. Hopefully he will make this available later on threadless or another site.

Woot keeps the rights to the design, so no dice.

I really like this, but I kind of want to see how it looks on a shirt before I bite. It reminds me of Discovery of Water on the Moon, the first ever Woot shirt I bought that printed horribly that I waited 5 months before trying my luck on another. If that hadn't been my first shirt I would have been a repeat customer sooner, but there was something about that design that just did not print well.

Not that such could happen, but even with the switch, Woot blanks quality > Threadless blanks quality.
