Where's the Makin' Bread apron!?!

I was also hoping for a reprise of the Kitchen Warfare apron.

This is very disappointing...

Yeah, so there's that...

Ah, a friend of mine just recently introduced me to shirt.woot and I really love her kitchen warfare shirt. I was hoping to pick up one of my own, but I guess I'll settle for the tote... to help me sneak her shirt away.

No Kitchen Warfare besides on a tote? You kill me woot...
Bleh. Not that I could've worn it on Anvil anyway.

I've never seen Sugar BDOS before: I adore it. I may have to break my "no side-sale shirts because woot is using the men's-sized designs on the women's-sized shirts and thus are all unwearable" rule.

Also, I'm pretty sure my kitchen will be happier with a Binge apron to go with the Binge poster on the wall and the Binge shirts in the bedroom. (I'm still kicking myself for not getting a Binge hoodie, but I couldn't afford it at the time.)

"Grilled Cheese" zip-up: not designed for women. Or satirically designed for lactating women: one or the other.

Does anyone have a picture of an actual Woot apron? Or a review on the quality? Kinda want the "Bake it So!" apron if it's worth $14.

Second this request! Reviews, anyone?

And as a member of the short.wooters brigade, I'd like to double-check that the neck is adjustable: the picture looks like it's a solid loop, while the write-up says it's a tunnel-tie.

Also, on "You Have To Try This, Guys," is the design only on the front? I really like the compositional effect of the carnivore being separated from the vegans by a zipper.

I have the kitchen warfare apron. It washes up very nicely. It does have one of those single-loop long loops that goes through the side out at the top and back through the other side to tie in back. so it's pretty adjustable. It has pockets, and it's comfortable on. It's not as heavy-gauge as some of the real canvas aprons, but it's a nice twill type fabric.

edit: sorry, I don't have a picture of it.

I'm embarrassingly excited for the "Bake it So!" apron--still mad that I didn't buy the shirt. Glad the apron's pretty good quality.

That being said, I'm disappointed that "You Can't Catch Me" is on Anvil. (There isn't a size that fits me!) I was really hoping the dreaded cream would still be AA by the time the design was reprinted.

I'm planning to buy "Bake It So" too.

I got "You Can't Catch Me" for my husband when it first came out on AA. (he looooves gingerbread cookies and steals the dough from the fridge-he wouldn't care if I never baked any of them). The design is awesome, with great detail. It is LARGE, though, at least in men's sizes.

Somewhat tempted to pick up a couple of kids' shirts that are still printing on AA. However, past comments have me wary of the design size and overall print quality.

Does anyone if Woot is still using a smaller screen print on the kids' shirts, or will I run into a previously noted issue - a massive design on a small shirt?

In another case of a wonderful company "listening" to its customers, Woot chooses to ignore the cries of "print it on a T first" that were so prevalent in the "side sale feedback" thread. Just like my friends who ask for advice, then ignore it.

move along

I'm happy to see the "Bake It So" apron , but I may be just a little bit sad about not seeing mah kitty up there. Maybe they just don't have red aprons.

What are the odds of sell outs? I've not really monitored the side sales, but I recall the aprons selling out previously...Are people safe waiting to order?

I have Kitchen Warfare apron. Quality is mediocre. The sizing is small & the material is a bit rough & polyester in feel. However, probably worth the $14.

NO FRESH CAKE? Awww....come on guys! It was a top selling shirt! I would have bought it on long sleeve, hoodie, tote, whatever. Why are you depriving yourself of mucho dinero?

Thirding this disappointment. Saw the theme, went "YES FINALLY" and I'm walking out empty.

I would've loved Tofu on a tote though. Have the shirt but don't wear it as often because the baby blue looks pretty awful on me.

I do both like and dislike the idea of how the zip ups have the print on both sides of the zipper. I like it because I have one zipup (squeeze) and the print is covered by the hood, so that's a little aggravating. But, in the same way, I don't always wear my hoodies zipped up all the way so that might bother me as well. All that said, I won't personally be wearing hoodies for another 5 months or so.

Trade with me on TeeTrade!

Aw, I've wanted The Last Cupcake forever, but the Anvil shirts look weird on me. Totes are my only hope, but I'm not crazy about them either! Blast.

Dear W00t,
If Kitchen Warfare was available as a apron I would totally buy one. But alas it is not, I really wish I had not missed this design. And a tote is not for me, even if I had a shirt of this I would definitely get one. Do you think you could pull some strings for a friend? I'd even probably buy two of whatever you could get this design on. I realize this is a lost cause, but I would like to sincerely try to change your minds.
Sincerely, Sellbuyer92

The tofu shirt was the first woot I ever saw.

However, I went with the cake tote - too delicious to pass up. And like jezebelseven, baby blue is not great on me.

I've already chimed in with my disappointment, but I wanted to state that this was my exact sentiment as well. Maybe they can have a side sale next week called "Apparel Folks Were Actually Hoping For."

Yeah, so there's that...

Not that it's helpful to you in any way, but as a point of trivia, Kitchen Warfare was already sold as an apron back during the Winter Holiday sale or the first side sale or something. I'm sure someone will be more than happy to correct my vague recollections with precision. Anyway, 'twas a while ago. Maybe one day either woot will reprint it or someone will be willing to part with theirs? I dunno, it's maybe something to keep hope alive for you, right?

(Also, notice to anyone looking for an AA ML Kitchen Warfare tee, I've still got one from a random sale available for trade/sale. PM me or look me up on teetrade! EDIT: gone!)

(Also-also, Bake It So apron is miiiiiiine! And only $9 with my jumbowoot coupon, huzzah! I now hope beyond hope that it prints well.)

I rose in rainy autumn and walked abroad in a shower of all my days.

couldn't resist the Eat More Meat pullover, despite the fact the print somehow ended up on the backside, and a pullover-wide tear had been jury rigged with a zipper. i guess the $5 negative price reduction makes up for those downsides ;)

I get what you're saying, but the design seems set a little high to be a problem for most. Guess I'd have to see several live examples.

The drips are suggestive of an open-weave bikini but not long enough. And only going one direction. More like a curtain out of long strings of beads, except short. And with a sandwich at the top.
