Re: Oh s-word! It's Atlas!
I honestly laughed out loud. Hilarious.

I would've put the upper body of the fox + the lantern as the thumbnail. Since the lantern isn't really the focus of the design, it shouldn't be the thumbnail, either.
Re: Charlie's Gorgons
That's AWESOME.

Reminds me of Aladdin an the King of Thieves. Also did anyone do Midas yet?

absolutely gorgeous!!
BootsBoots wrote:I'm torn because I love the design, but I also love my TV... I'll give you my vote, but I feel guilty about it.
I promise I won't tell your TV anything about this. It'll never suspect. Thanks!
Re: Highway to hell
Love everything about this except that tree and only cuz it doesnt seem to match the style. It doesn't ruin it at all, and its certainly still highly wearable, just that the tree brings it from 100% love to 99.9%
I see they still recompress images even if they are sent the right size, format, etc, and it really takes its toll on reds. The original image is actually sharp and not fractalized as you can see below:
Re: One Too Many Apples
Boooooooo!!!! The one with Atlas passed you....... and it's not nearly as good!!
Re: Yeti and friend
I love the placement, design, and yetis in general ;-).
Re: [url=http://shirt.woot.com/Derby/Entry.aspx?id=26946]Big
This probably would have done really well on the Halloween derby... minus the potential rejection.
Re: Stroll down the Styx
oh, I gotta have this! great job, fantastic scene you've portrayed! oh, and you have my vote.
Great, now I have two-hit* wonder, early 80's cheez-pop criminal Chris DeBurg's smash, "Don't Pay The Ferryman" running through my head. Thanks a bunch. (GMV!) * The second hit? Loathsome scourge of a million weddings and proms: The Lady in Red, of course.
SavedChristian wrote:Voted for both! I'll take either one.
Thanks!
Re: As the World Turns... Slowly
Where are the elephants?
Re: Pocket Fairy
Are you keys jumping from one pocket to another so that you cannot find them? Found a dollar in your pocket now that you have come back from the vending machine? The pen in your shirt pocket start leaking just before the big presentation? It's those darn pocket fairies!

Nice! Tipping my hat to you!
Re: Dragon Slayer
I never thought I'd want a dragon shirt. Ever. And then you had to go and do this. Here's hoping you get your first woot print, Drakxxx! This would be my first cream woot shirt. Oh, and thank you for not drawing the damsel in ridiculously skimpy clothing. I don't like that kind of thing on my shirts--makes me feel like a perv.
Re: Oedipus' Legendary Mistake
Do y'all think I should resub it?
I'm stoned for staring at your shirt too long! Great job, you old snake in the grass! Got my vote!
Wow, this could potentially make me come out of my frugal shell and buy one.
You were the first artist that I thought of when I saw the derby theme. Awesome design like I knew you would produce.
Re: M. Y. Thology Elementary School Graduation Picture
I'm lovin' the shading! GMV Hey, there is a design contest aimed specifically for the ski industry. The ski company Bluehouse Skis has a weekly tContest. It would be dope if you participated in it (http://bluehouseskis.com/TShirtDesignContest). Ping me if you want some additional info.
Great concept Boots.
This is pretty awesome. Great job.
Re: Rainbow Crow
Those are some crazy colors and I really like this.
try to be original. i promise it won't hurt. i think i prefer tgentry over you.
I looked back and laughed all three times! You should think about getting in on the Bluehouse tContest!
Is this not strage that a mythical character (Atlas) is being depicted by another mythical character (edgarrmcherly)?
this has GOT TO be the sickest design on here... HOT!
not bad. not your best, but not bad. 6/10 perhaps.
voodoochic wrote:Please, give me honest feedback, this is my first shirt attempt.
This looks more like an entry for the "Alternate History" Derby not too long ago. I don't understand what a blowfish has to do with a Trojan Horse and this looks like you created it in MSPaint in about 10 minutes. However, (for whatever reason), you're getting votes so I guess you're doing something right.
a2theharris wrote:At first it looks like blood spurting out, but then you do a double take and you get the cuteness.
Nice! GMV You've got some talent bro... you gotta do some designs in the Bluehouse tContest!
byrbwr wrote:try to be original. i promise it won't hurt. i think i prefer tgentry over you.
Does that mean puppykitty no longer warms your heart? :p @ elwayman - hmm... maybe. I was worried that it would be not very visible. I hope the thumbnail doesn't hurt the picture that much.
can you refer to Hell? I thought that was more a Christian concept (could be wrong though)
Outstanding. Hope this wins!
Re: Oh The Tangled Webs We Weave, Arachne
I wanted to do something based on this myth. You beat me to it but I wouldn't have done as good as a job anyway good job
