HAHAHA! This is the best non woot themed entry so far. You always have a unique style.

Lucky... I think you nailed all of the reoccurring mimi shirt themes in this one.

Great job as always.

earthart wrote:This is very cool and a great design, but I think they might reject you for not having the intact logo anywhere (judging by the previous rejections). You may want to do a preemptive resub just in case.

Yes it will... it happened to mine.

I was just about to say that. I think the big marker effect fits perfectly with the rest of the style you used to make the drawing.

Awesome design - too bad just for a bag. I'd buy a shirt with this on it!

That's exactly my problem with it. I admire all the work done, but it will be out-of-date before we probably even start getting these bags in the mail.

Are you including that shirt.woot at the bottom? That will get you rejected for text. If that's not included, you're going to get rejeted for not using their official logo.

gmv very nice.

Do I want an extended warranty? Why, I'm just going to void it anyway.

Thanks lkackman. I also included two of shirtwoot's famous Super Models, Hillary (the Yorkie) and Wiley (the Poodle mix). Hopefully I did them justice and have AGrant311's approval.

In addition to that, it is also derby-'centric'. Certainly from our perspective shirt.woot is all about the derby, but the derby comprises less than half of the shirts (designs) sold.

So I want this on a shirt but I keep my hands in my back pockets alot so I think I'd want it with the hands just to give it that added effect plus I think the muscles make it fun since I'm a girl

Re: WOOT Peace

What was this rejected for? I didn't think "off-topic" would be a reason to reject it, considering "We’re not necessarily looking for Shirt.Woot-themed designs. Do whatever, as long as it includes our mark and follows all the other rules, for this Derby and the Derby in general."

Now you will have to buy a shirt just to get the cool bag! Even if for the next year every shirt is in an unflattering color, like orange, yellow, and cream! You will feel compelled to buy them all...that is the power of the hypno-bag...

Thingishness wrote:Great Design! GMV. Can you post a full detail version? I see the small cropped detail but I'd love to see the whole thing.

Sorry for the delayed reply. We just got back from family fun day Sunday. Well, fun until our son got carsick on the way home. I will try to post a bigger version within a few hours (after the clean up and wind down period). Thank you very much for the great feedback and for your vote. Truly appreciated.

I know this is still very early in the derby, but I am so happy and grateful for how it has done so far. This is by far my best showing of the dozen or so derbies I have entered (I never made it to the fog before--never mind sustained fog--and haven't even spent too much time in the hotness before this entry).

Thanks again for supporting it. I'll get that larger version posted in a little bit. Take care.

Seemed appropriate (and accurate). I was tempted to make that logo a star in keeping with the location, but didn't want to flirt with rejection since the rules at the time seemed ambiguous. Thanks for taking a look and for posting your feedback.

Thank you striker. Yours is doing very well too and will hopefully continue to climb. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thrilled with the response to my design so far. Hopefully it can keep up its momentum, it being so early in the game yet. Having never been in this position before, I'm afraid I won't have any fingers left by the time the derby ends (I'm already through the fingernails). Thanks again and best of luck.

kotochan

but doesn't "moot" mean insignificant? so if it came in the mail, it would be calling the package moot, which is the opposite of the idea you're trying to represent. I mean, I understand the whole "moo + woot= moot" but I just think it has some unintented double meaning.
