As a willful Harry Potter ignoramus, would I be correct in assuming the lightning bolt as well as the typeface is a HP tribute?

Cause if so, that kinda sucks -- I'm down with a "cloak of visibility" as a D&D or generic fantasy reference, but if it's gonna make everyone think I'm an HP fan, I think I'll pass.
