Agan, I'm not Shirt staff but I interpret that to mean no likenesses in any shape, fashion, or form, including parody.

My bad. I forgot the rule specific to this derby. I was thinking it got rejected in general for copyrighted character. I completely understand now.

Santa brought our cat Finnigan a catnip ball made of compressed catnip. He got it this morning. I haven't seen him since. I imagine him trippin' or "Chasing the mouse" in some pillow laden opium den.

The design is bloody fantastic spiritgreen!
Super cute!

I think this is the best fogged design. Really like how he's leaning so nonchalantly against the table.

How do you know it's not heather grey? I copied the RGB color code of the heather grey. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I was pondering that, but I figured since one was represented as a toy in Toy Story that it would probably count.

I thought I'd keep the kitty simple this time.

Heh heh heh, dog toys even include other smaller dogs, which I always felt was a bit morbid. Then again sticks are also a dog toy though my kitty loves the amazing thin strip of cut paper that he attacks and tries to eat.

The correct heather gray template has the heather texture instead of being a smooth gray. I can't help you find the correct one - I'm not an artist - but it's there, somewhere. Woot does reject for not using the correct textured template, even though this older one is apparently still available.

you really didn't do anything wrong, it happens alot here. The shirt template that woot supplied
(at least the one i have) doesn't have it.

Really IMO i think Boots template is the best, scroll to the very bottom of the page to download it

Re: First Strike

My only qualm with this is how big the red area is--large sections of solid color tend to wear awkwardly. Maybe use some half tones or slice it up a bit so it's not just one giant block of ink.

I most recently rock out in Lust Is Like A Flame, but am almost always seen wearing Jimmy...Is That You?. In addition, I am the proud member of 26 total shirt.woots.

I enjoyed this sub b/c you went outside the realm of toys killing people or other toys. "Attack" doesn't have to be deadly. Nice work!

Thanks for the advice. I agree but wasn't sure what to do with the background, especially at 4am on Christmas Eve. I didn't want to lose that negative space effect but everything I did to break it up made it look too noisey for my taste.. I'm also not very good at getting half tones out of illustrator...

Maybe I can think of something and resubmit.
