Is anyone here old enough to remember sea monkeys? Damn things never worked. Now I know what they were SUPPOSED to look like
Over 75 wootilicious purchases so far, including: 1 unmutilated Be the Monkey Woot T-shirt, 12 screaming monkeys and 2 leakfrogs. Ribbit.

I don't know what people like about it so much. I bought 3 of the first 4 shirts and now with this ugly shirt it is three of the first five. I hope that Friday's shirt is a lot better.

Though we have thick skin, I do take issue with "artificial" unless you are suggesting you're aware of our machinery, man power, and production scheduling requirements to do same day shipment. Since you are not, your conclusion is only a personal observation based on too few data points to be valid. (namely "500 shirts" and "sold out")
Like I said, we have thick skin and really appreciate all feedback and participation (including the negative/annoyed variety). As more aspects of the model here are on display, we'll definitely be listening for fine tuning suggestions.

Snapster wrote:3XL and WXL are being actively discussed. If we can afford the expensive inventory requirements, account for the higher cost shift of 3XL, and/or find a workable compromise for both, we'll then be a number of weeks away from production and transport to dallas. Probably best to say "more than a month" with the annoying lingering possiblity of "never" (as unlikely as I believe that to be)
*way* cool. I'd pay more for 3X but if they run small.... as people are saying... Maybe woot! could offer larger sizes on a "pre-order" type basis... where - the option is available, but you don't order them until after you know how many to order

Smart Post only takes 2-7 days from ship date and ships on saturday. So not bad for free shipping.

Everyone needs to stop complaining, its no ones fault but your own if you don't a t shirt or a woot. Its not Woot's fault you can't get to a computer at midnight. They can't accommodate to every persons need and want, they're a business trying to make money.

Coolmatt49 wrote:AWESOME how this shirt will re-appear again tonight at midnight.
Just wondering though, I placed in an order for one of these shirts the exact moment after it became sold out. It said I was in a line to get one. Will Woot place me in for an order when they come back tonight or do I have to buy it again?
I want to know because I don't want to have two orders going through. I'm GUESSING because it will be at $5.00 more that they won't place in an order for me automatically at that price.
I wouldn't replace your order COOOOOOOOOOOOOOLMATT, just let them do it, if they don't just wait for the next shirt, because the worst thing would be you get 2 of the same shirts for 25$ total.

that was the theme song the show was called The Vulture Squadron and it was a spin off of "The Wacky Races" http://www.hotink.com/wacky/dastrdly/ the dog had that nice sneeky laugh ...they have sound files if you look.
