Got my woot launch shirt in the mail today its a 2X and it is pretty tight... will work as an undershirt but I want my woot geekiness to be displayed proudly instead of having to hide it. Guess I will have to work on shrinking my frame some. Here's hoping that 3X comes into effect soon.
I give the shirt 4 stars for appeal and an average 3 stars for wearability for a total of 3 and 1/2 stars.

The only catch is that they're a few dollars more.

I got one of these shirts. Not sure why. The more I look at it the more I feel like I wasted 10 bucks on a stupid shirt. I guess there's always eBay to save the day. Or most of it.

I love to sit up until 1am hitting F5 as much as the next guy (I'm on the east coast)...but I can't do it every night...and now I've missed a shirt I really like.

How about having enough shirts to at least make it to 5am (CST)?

i was in a local (nationwide) gaming store with my kid yesterday, these 3 employees (total nerdies) were helping us out, giving us advice etc. I asked him if he had gotten the w00t thumbprint controller T, and he just looked at me like i had 3 heads or something.

Amazingly this is SOOO REVELANT to eBAY, and I'll you why.

Most ebayers (sellers) have been furious since ebay started a "stars" rating available for buyers to leave for them. Some buyers "ding" on the stars, and give them a shoddy rating for the hell of it.

This shirt exactly says what sellers care about, the "stars". Be proud of your rating sellers, you DO IT FOR THE STARS right?

And now the bigger point: can't any of you see what is happening? w00t runs a handful of crappy shirts and the first "decent" one (i personally think there is nothing special about this shirt - not nearly as cool as the octo-monkey-pus that everyone seems to hate) sells out instantly to the cries of "damn, i wish i'd gotten one". It's an artificial, panic-driven market. Now on the normal w00t that's cool, cuz the deals are so sweet. But I can go to any number of local shops and get average tshirts for $10, so this isn't the same.

C'mon w00t - give us something unique, something cool, something worth the $15 if I miss the $10 version!!!

I would've wooted this one, except I really am perfect so it just doesn't quite fit for me. Ooh... I should've bought one for the ex!!! Nah... he's not worth spending $10 on and he's only 2 stars on a really good day.

Thanks for the info. I like the Rat Rod and I would have purchased it for $10 but I don't know if it's $15 good.
