Isn't this something you should discuss with your faculty adviser (or whoever is going to decide if you get credit for your class)?

I think proposals can discuss what you propose to do, what benefits there are (to you or to someone else or both; why do it), how you propose to do it, mabe a schedule/milestones, budget estimates (if needed), what's the final deliverable product (a report? a diorama? powerpoint presentation? etc.). Some background info about your research, so that the reader knows what you're talking about. Mabe some sort of evaluation criteria so you can be graded, if you like.

I don't know, you will have to ask them. GWP is logged in all the time, and rarely on though, so I basically end up just saying hello every few hours and never getting a response.
