I'm getting REALLY tired of fixing these. Yeah, I don't have to but there's a TON not showig pics. Sigh. So please, be kind. Avoid those special characters....

wouldn't it be easier for the codeslaves to just run a script that removes the offending characters? i don't think you should sweat the funny characters. people who use anything besides alphabet, numerals, or the underscore should understand the risk. it's more trouble for you to fix than it's worth.

Yeah, I may give it up. I've delete 2 posts accidently. LOL Just hate to see messy stuff. This one is really difficult because everyone is using a # for the Derby reference. Grrrrrr.

izzat really unexpected? wootbot uses a # in the title of the first post of every derby thread. everybody is just following their naming convention.

No, and we reported similar issues a week or two ago. I just want to get the word out so people will stop using them. They're losing some vote getting opportunities with the loss of the image in the thread.

Anything you can do for the entries that are already posted with a # (like my 3 posted above)? Thought I was following the rules when I included the usual derby name format...
And I got both a pound and an and symbol in mine. Woohoo! Easiest solution would be for Woot to change the name of the entry- substitute No. for pound. etc/
