Lt. Tasha Yar: You are fully functional, aren't you?
Lt. Cmdr. Data: Yes.
Lt. Tasha Yar: How fully?
Lt. Cmdr. Data: In every way of course. I am programmed in multiple techniques. A broad variety of pleasuring.
Lt. Tasha Yar: You jewel. That's exactly what I hoped.

I remember that episode. Unfortunately, Commander Ryker did not appear to be fully functional.

L O L!

That was a weird episode. They should have killed Wesley Crusher on the spot.

What is the problem with Wesley?
The first place I went on the computer was a Star Trek site and read how everyone hated Wesley.
One guy even said, well the actor was ok in Stand By Me, but Wesley is a jerk.

I liked him!

I like him too, even though in retrospect the character was kind of annoying and a dork, but when TNG aired I was the right age to like him.

Oooo... I loved ST:TNG. My roommate used to try to do the vaccuuming when it came on. Data was my favorite character and does anyone remember his poem "Ode to Spot"? I thought that was clever.

Yes, that poem was awesome!

Felis Cattus, is your taxonomic nomenclature,
an endothermic quadruped carnivorous by nature?
Your visual, olfactory and auditory senses
contribute to your hunting skills, and natural defenses.

I find myself intrigued by your subvocal oscillations,
a singular development of cat communications
that obviates your basic hedonistic predilection
for a rhythmic stroking of your fur, to demonstrate affection.

A tail is quite essential for your acrobatic talents;
you would not be so agile if you lacked its counterbalance.
And when not being utilized to aide in locomotion,
it often serves to illustrate the state of your emotion.

O Spot, the complex levels of behaviour you display
connote a fairly well-developed cognitive array.
And though you are not sentient, Spot, and do not comprehend,
I nonetheless consider you a true and valued friend.

Still single, can't imagine why.

She's an actress, here are some pics: http://movie.moldova.org/actor/eng/223/2/

And she was on a Star Trek TNG episode. http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Robin_Lefler Wesley Crusher was her first on-screen kiss.

doesn't your school have a career fair? Or office that keeps track of internships and whatnot? Occasionally someone will pay you for that stuff.

I didn't save the source. I have the original PSD and the various variants that have appeared since the original, but never saved the sources as it wasn't for a contest.

KT would know. It was back in the ARGH days. Don't know if it was him, but the old chopper/misfits.
One of them did it.

wasn't me. If it isn't gwp, then I'd guess mwiseman, or neo. After I get home, I'll try to look for it, but I don't think I have it.

I thought it was either z144man, gwp, or wizard7926. But I used to get people confused back then.

I looked on my computer and I don't have it.

edit: looking back at gwp's post, it sounds like he was the one who made it, but he didn't save the original source. Or am I misunderstanding what he wrote?

Between work, my health, my dad's health & the impending situation (the divorce & birth of his child) there really isn't much time for anything else. I am often so exhausted, physically & emotionally, that keeping up with email and woot is near impossible. I've sunk to the lowest form of communication - phone text messaging...I can do it in the car waiting to go in somewhere, from bed, from the hospital, etc...

On the bright side, I have joined a few committees within my separated, divorced, widowed support group. I also plan to go to KY in April on the 1 year anniversary of the auspicious occasion that uprooted my life. I just need to find peace. I need to sit amongst the miles & miles of rolling hills of green grass, large round bales of hay to think about things...

This is the webpage that inspired my trip.
