Yeah. We were a pretty tight bunch for about two years . . . then we started getting reassigned and retired and such . . . and we sorta drifted apart with an occasional email maintaining a loose connection.

I'm godmother to my friends 2 boys...haven't done xmas with them yet....those boys are so involved in sports and scouts, and with my schedule, its been damn-near impossible to get together.

maybe I'll be able to spend more time with them - IF I stick to my 4 day week and don't say 'yes' to the emerg clinic when they call. Of course, now I am a student Just looking over the first 'lesson'..a 63-page study unit on how to get the most out of distance learning...and obviously written for someone who has never gone to college.....just had a 3-page breakdown on the parts of a college textbook.
