Re: Ninja Finder
BTW Design Detail has the white box that I later took out and forgot to update. Also, the small text reads "No more impossible searching"
Re: Full of Ink
Great design ! how does it feel up in the clouds (err..or is it called fog?)

Re: AMAZING SLINKING DEVICE
ha i thought about doing some sort of slinky shirt. but i did a search and there were too many out there.
quietphantom wrote:Hum… theres always next time…
This one has a lot of text, but I like it! Clean and simple. Good job!
jbedwar1 wrote:ha i thought about doing some sort of slinky shirt. but i did a search and there were too many out there.
Really? I never found any.
Re: World's greatest invention or biggest hassle?
what is it?
AySz88 wrote:This is a His Dark Materials reference, right? *votes anyway*
i know what your talking about, but that wasn't the intention. just an idea i came up with. it works as one though!
archikins wrote:Great design ! how does it feel up in the clouds (err..or is it called fog?)
Not quite in the fog yet ;) This is my highest placing by far, and I'm ecstatic.

jbedwar1 wrote:what is it?
Please elaborate, because I don't know either.
Hopey wrote:This is great! Unfortunately for you, every derby entry I really like ends up with about 40 votes so you're doomed. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised by the voters on this site, otherwise I'll keep my fingers crossed that I see it for sale somewhere else. Good luck!
well it's almost to that 40 vote mark on the first night. So looking pretty good so far.
Cool design, but IMHO you should lose the two lines of text.
umm...if im not mistaken, i think its a condom. or it could be a lifesaver. either way i would agree, both are a hassle to open.
dchen1 wrote:simple. i like it.
Thank you kindly. Not getting enough love to compete though unfortunately.
Re: Jimmy's Juicer Invention
I thought this would be a good example of what an inventor would do to think of something over-the-top to do something simple. Like squeezing a lemon, but without all the Rube steps. So I thought a complicated robot would do that...
badborg wrote:Cool design, but IMHO you should lose the two lines of text.
I do like the wheels without the text, but I wasn’t sure the message was clear without it so I left it. Thanks for the feedback!
sagaxpaul wrote:umm...if im not mistaken, i think its a condom. or it could be a lifesaver. either way i would agree, both are a hassle to open.
Hell i thought it was a stamp when i first saw it .. but that didnt make sense. But now that you mentioned condom.. i guess i can see where he was going for the somewhat "vacuumed" look to it.
Re: the greatest invention of all time
would it be wrong to wear this to my job as a catholic school teacher?
Don't give up yet! It should arrive in time for the Lunar (aka Chinese ) New Year if it wins. Hurray!
It's missing something for "none of the above", or like this. Otherwise, nice!
mihalis aya wrote:Not quite in the fog yet ;) This is my highest placing by far, and I'm ecstatic.
Nevermind, I'm in! I'm dancing around like a maniac, too!
mihalis aya wrote:Pens: a means of invention and an awesome invention in and of themselves.
I stage manage opera, and I voted for your shirt.
mjkelleher wrote:I stage manage opera, and I voted for your shirt.
Thank you very, very much. I only do opera amaturely and occasionally, but it's lots of fun. My usual stuff is madrigal to baroque era choral music.
