Lol, it's not a bad first effort.

It must be great to make excuses for mediocre effort. Next it'll be "I'm just a community college kid" and then "I'm just a McDonalds Employee" and then "I'm just lazy" or "It's just too hard"

Learn not to make excuses.

I hope more people vote for this over the next day - it is soooooo close to the fog!

Wear this shirt: On days when even Preparation H can't hide the bags under your eyes.

Don't wear this shirt: To bed.

This shirt tells the world: I'm tired. Back off.

We call this color: Navy Little Boy Blue.

I have to disagree with your "Don't wear this shirt: To bed. " comment. Now that Sleepless is gone, this is the best chance for a night shirt with sheep!

Yes, I could see it for both. And I thought Sleepless was cute as well. Hmm... I really thought I was going to save money this derby, but, if this shirt makes it, I'm buying.

And yes, the concept of voting does work, as evidenced by everything that has ever been voted on, but does that make the results right or correct?

Remember that forums serve a purpose so that people can voice their opinions. But since opinions are like ***holes and everybody has one, so everyone gets a say! Regardless of whether or not you agree with me, I still caused you to take time out of your day to respond. That to me is the best part.

This derby is a wash as none of the top 4 shirts are really that exciting. Hopefully the next Derby will yield some more promising results. Until then, enjoy your cupcake shirt.

Congrats! You officially fired me up enough to spit out some great work this week. Thanks for your over the top hatred of my shirt and my overall style. <tips hat>

While I don't think that comments like yours usually have that type of effect, they did for me this week. While I still don't find it necessary to be over the top and rude, I truly thank you for frustrating me!

Last night as I was trying to go to sleep I wondered to myself "is stevftguy my creative director trying to use some weird motivation technique on me?" HA! I think I will just run with that notion.

Thanks again to those that have voted. Throw a few more my way and who knows what might happen!

Woot broke my heart, I get not winning the popular vote, I don't expect everyone to agree with me.. but rejected? I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree but I picked up on what you did right away.. And woot doesn't see how it is dream related? I would like to take a second and quote one of the great characters in literature, Opus t. Penguin:

If woot were to have a "best rejects" week, it's safe to say they wouldn't base it on popularity. They'd base it on their own personal tastes, just like editor's choice week.

That said, if we had four days of good but rejected shirts, I really don't think the infinity sheep would be one. For starters, it looks like we're getting a sheep shirt anyway this week, but moreover, I just don't think it'd measure up to any number of other rejects.

Of course, that also opens up a whole other can of worms... people entering excellent work that's wholly off theme, in hopes they'll be printed in a "best reject" week. It'd be a very dangerous slope

I'm still confused as to why you chose me to post this to.. I've racked my brain for anything I've "bragged" about in my piece on the forum. In fact, I gave up on this entry days ago, and am now personally rooting for the cupcake as it's the only hopeful I'd wear. With that said, I've not advertised this design more than a button in my sig.

Honored you chose me as your first post, tho. ;) Only the really good and controversial designers get that. =D
