Thanks j3. I actually made the fisherman for the maps derby, but I never finished it. I touched this up and added the fish, and here it is, a ready to go fishing shirt. Okay so it would be a hit where I work anyway.

I have NO idea what's going on. But considering the awesome designs that are entered this week, I am EXTREMELY honored, and happy! Thank you so much, Adder! This design makes me smile and laugh... which is the point.

I understand that, I just think it could be in the fog on another color. I like the design, however I just can't wear lemon.....

Re: Porthole Into the Heart

This'd be much better in vector, but you have to start somewhere! If you get Inkscape/GIMP and play around with it for a while, in about 10 derbies you'll be cranking out excellent stuff. Just don't get discouraged and keep entering, no matter what the vote count. My first design got 3 votes. Three.

Thanks for the suggestions. I chose lemon because I figured it might stand out against all the other blue entries. I'll keep it lemon yellow.
You'd be suprised at how good this color looks on people. Give it a try.

I think there's another, too, but I scanned for a little while earlier when I first saw it, and said "hey, someone else will call attention to it who remembers shirts better than I do"

The title makes me infinitely happy, too. Sometimes a perfect title, regardless of no one seeing it when you're wearing the shirt, makes a shirt that much more perfect.

At this point, Woot should just deem March "national water month"

Re: Heavy Water

Okay so the idea here is that it's heavy water- deuterium instead of hydrogen. Poor old oxygen in the middle has to lug around these extremely heavy deuterium atoms.

I had to use normal hydrogen's Van Der Waals radius for the deuterium since I couldn't find anywhere that had what it would be for deuterium (presuming it's even different; I'm neither a physicist nor a chemist... let alone an artist ^_^).

Wow, thank you so much for the big compliment! I really am humbled. Seeing people like the design (regardless if it get printed or not) is a thrill for me. :D I doodle a lot, but the idea of designing doodles on tshirts is kinda new to me so I second guess composition all the time.
