Re: Locomotion
I like it a lot. I would prefer different colors- like yellow printed on blue, or something, but this is really cool.
Re: Mosh Pit
mosh pits tend to have more than 3 people. lets just call this one "3 guys dancing in the forest"
Re: Pop N Lock

Re: Rocket Rodeo

MiracleMax wrote:Okay, I don't know why I can't edit my own post, but I didn't get to finish what I was saying. I'm not trying to call it out as being a copy. It looks like completely different positions, etc, but just really reminded me of the above comic.
I've always been a fan of Calvin & Hobbes. I know the comic you're both talking about all too well, because it's the basis of this design. I didn't want to make a copy since that'd be just plain wrong - so I put the guy in different dance positions. You can't buy Watterson's work on apparel as he never licensed it out. So this is my little homage to Watterson and all the inspiration he's ever given me

Re: With one swift motion...
I like the idea, it's just all the lines in my the middles . . . swords, blood, ?swishes? make it a tade confusing to tell what's goin on.
Re: Mission Impossible?

dea007 wrote:Ha Ha! I was thinking that a cape fluttering in the wind behind the little turtle would make this a perfect shirt! Right now, it seems kinda like Mr. Turtle might be headed for impending doom.
He's super turtle... nothing willl hurt him. Don't say such things
Re: Control Freak
Cool! Playstation. -Andy
very interesting : )
Re: Wet And Windy
Wow... super dynamic. I love designs having to do with the wind and the weather. Be careful, though. I think that black in doesn't show up well on brown shirts (they're really dark brown). You may want to re-design and resubmit. I think this would be great if you made all the browns into shades of blue (gives it a rainy feel) and put it on a black shirt. Just my personal taste, though.

KenSPT wrote:Really? Pop and Lock is a dance, the words also represent soda and a mechanical device used to secure possessions. Thus, those inanimate objects are doing their namesake dance. People find it entertaining when inanimate objects dance, that's how Paula Abdul built her career.
well, heck that's helped me get it too! although, I got the hand thing right away, didn't think it was backwards . . . looked normal.
nice work
