I had Chicken and Avocado soup today. And it was AWESOME!!!!!

THIS is the recipe I used, and it exceeded expectations. Like a yummy Chicken Tortilla soup without the fattening tortilla chips.

Yummy! Heh, for some reason I thought you may be a vegetarian because you eat so many fruits and vegetables.

I had cherry pie earlier. A little dry, some whipped cream would have helped.

Oh for the love of a good burger. I would like I nice fatty burger, even this early.

Alas, I am sticking to much more lean options at the moment. chicken & fish mostly. I had a delicious salmon yesterday for lunch.

chicken & brown rice for dinner last night, with the above mentioned curry mango sauce mixed into the rice, as that is the only way to make it edible to me.

Chicken cranberry walnut salad from Bob Evans. Stopped in to buy rolls for tomorrow and decided on the salad. Delicious. I only ordered a slight amount of blucheese on it and the smaller size salad. Not diety enough methinks. Will not eat anymore today.

Chicken curry pie. Cumin and tumeric flavored crust, filled with chicken curry. Omnomnom.

Though TBH, the crust isn't spectacular. It was easy to work with, which is good, but it isn't that flaky or tasty.

To me, tumeric isn't that strong of a flavor either way. It adds lots of color, but that's about it.
