2 weeks i have been on a diet. i broke it this evening for my son's graduation dinner.. so sad.. so much regret.

Oh...change your thinking!

One meal doesn't 'break' a diet. One meal is one piece of an overall change, right? So look at the averages. As long as your average meal is good--healthy, appropriate food choices and portions--you're on the right track.

My speech is not parsing. I am speaking in ellipsis.

awwww thanks.... yea.. i might have broken it last night, but i am back on track today. i'm already down 5 lbs and i have 25 (or more) to go... i think my regret was that it wasnt even a delicious meal... i should have just cooked dinner myself

I'm not sure the reduced fat and calories is enough to forgive baked cheetos.

Looks good - even though I skipped dinner tonight because I had a huge cobb salad for lunch and it has not been kind to me. Feel kind of sickly - hey, maybe I could get more and have it on hand. Certainly would lose weight that way!

Me three! I just bought a pack this evening too. Ooh honey... maybe I'll try that. Just for a little extra sweetness?

Yep. Still a smidge early in the season here for them to be all sweet on their own. I let them sit a bit, so the juice comes out and makes a syrup with the honey.

Ah... nice to know, thanks. After your post I tried just squeezing a little on them last night and they tasted good, but next time I'll let them sit a bit.

I'm hungry, but I don't know what I want to eat! Scratch that - I now what I want, but too heavy and not suitable for bedtime. Guess I'll go for a piece of fruit to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Don't care for those; too much pretzel, not enough M&M.
