There was a scary and imposing Fairy on the ground, and I was scared of it, so I threw my plain green shirt over it, and STOMPED AS HARD AS I COULD! Just like the smiley shirt in forest gump. I am in for 3.

I was on the fence all night about whether to color him or not but decided a lot of people (including me) liked the subtle look better. Thanks for the vote!

An experiment I started before this derby. Trying to see how much visual information could be in the same space. Here we have shape (Lincoln), texture (Franklin), negative space (Jackson), color (Washington), and outline (Hamilton). All image originals are public domain.

I don't gamble.

I'm just saying that the concept is different, though the inspiration is the same. If woot rejects, I expect the reason would be that it's too similar to the original children's book in style. But it is a parody, and DBH is probably a good precedent to show that the parody is safe enough.

But really, it's up to woot. I see a difference though.
