Five with the "tea" spelled in the name of the shirt... I was looking for it on the shirt, so at first I thought the middle was a stylized cup from India perhaps or something, but I was fooled (pun intended).
Very good job on this shirt!

Hmm, just went in for 3 Randoms, when I haven't bought any shirts lately (although still checking frequently) so what are the chances of liking them!?! Oh well, couldn't pass up the mystery!

I totally apologize for the lolcat. I wrote that poem at around 3 in the morning, I believe.

I'm sort of wishing I had put "click for poem" on my design detail now.

I agree, there seem to be some color discrepancies... the dirt on the trees in the background kind of bother me, but I can see that you shadowed them dark, so I can get over that...
LOVE it on the light blue and especially the placement!
Looks great on the model; if only it'd look that good on me... guess I should start my workout schedule for if this shirt is printed. (GMV)

Re: Green Ambush

They say that the frogs will be the first to go when we've really sent the environment down the crapper. Maybe the frogs know this. Maybe they're waiting for the right moment. Maybe, on a warm summer night, you can hear them. They're not saying, "its not easy being green", they're saying "it's not easy to oppose green."

Everyone loves solar, and this shirt lets you show it. The shirt is torn open to reveal Photovoltaic Panels (Solar Cells). The tear is shaped like a sun too.

It actually doesn't look that blurry to me, but yours is probably far crisper by comparison.

I think you need to resub this anyway, because your shirt image looks grass coloured but the main image is on a kelly background.

Save as a jpg, 600x600 px, rgb... but I'm sure you knew all that.

Great image, btw. I didn't notice the skulls at first, but they make sense with the title of the piece.

Re: Rakish Grin

I spent last weekend weeding our gardens and everytime I went to pick up the rake, it felt like it was laughing at me. This is Ode to my weekend.

Oh, and if you can't tell the image is small on the upper chest. It's too freaky to be big.

Thanks!

I don't know if it's worth it, since it's in the top ten right now. I think I'll just leave it as is... if the design is to win, it should be by the merit of the design anyway, and not the gimmick of some hasty rhymes.

But I can add that to my sig, I guess.

Re: Its Not So Great FOR The Green Thumb

carp, the reason it looks kind of blurry or distorted in places is because i forgot to make it exactly 600/600. its actually like 600/607 or something, so ignore that. thats not actually how it looks. sorry. thanks for voting

I can see how you would think that, but it's not true. ASCII has text characters in it but it also contains non-printable characters. It's also debatable whether any character is text and since I don't know how to represent a monochrome green monitor without characters I took a chance.

I like the idea a lot but I don't like the placement or the sun shape. It would be cool if it was a patch maybe, or a tear...

I see asterisks, forward slashes, semi-colons and commas in your shirt comp's detailed image. Those are characters. That counts as text, and it actually isn't debatable - we can link precedents to rejections because of this type of thing. Sorry!

Yes, they can print pretty far up, just not to the seam. I forget the title of the lightning bug shirt from a while back, but it was nearly to the seam.

It may not be clip art but it really looks like it. It looks like something that took no time, fabrication, or creativity.
