Re: Cave, Sweet Cave
Heh, you might want to pick a different thumbnail. When I clicked it I thought it was going to be something super spooky but it's actually a cute little bear in its cave. :-)

I really like female of the species...but I think the "Home" reference is a stretch. That's the only reason I did not vote for it.
Very cute, gave my vote, would definitely buy.
Re: Why Witches Don't Go On Vacations
this cracks me up. The expression on the witches face says it all. Now if it could only start raining, then her day would get all the better.
Re: Seasons are a changin
Very placid and yet pop-y. You can wear this shirt without having to explain it to anyone. It might do better if you put it on navy, though, so that the sky and lake don't look dirty. :-)
derekfilley wrote:I love how cho's entry has as many votes as this one only 30 minutes after he submitted it. You need more friends with voting accounts it would seem.
Yeah, I don't need to work on my art, I just need more buddies Who woulda guessed.
heartluce wrote:This is a beautifully-illustrated and detailed design. You definitely have my vote. Great work!
Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it!

Heehh. Perhaps he's into high heels in the fashion section, then. Those are somewhat less evil than politicians. :-)

Yeah, I think if she were standing in front of a house (maybe in a backyard?) it would feel much more like home. :-)
[quote]Re: Deep Sweet Home Many of my friends call this home. Nice everyone vote now.
Re: 335 Woolloomoo Way
Mr. Toast? Is that you?
Re: Home is Where (What...?) You Make It (on cream)
No one likes my snails.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually thought the same thing. I thought navy would look better. Could have been my screen, but for some reason it just didn't look the way I wanted.
Re: Home Key
Huh... Interesting design. Wonder where you got the idea.
jasonneumann25 wrote:Thanks for the suggestion. I actually thought the same thing. I thought navy would look better. Could have been my screen, but for some reason it just didn't look the way I wanted.
You're welcome. Try it out on navy and (just for fun) on royal blue and see how they look to you. I'm betting navy is the best way to go.
CHILLI20 wrote:I did read it, I'm saying the Ninja's home is in the shadows, how is that off topic?
My apologies

Yeah, I thnk Royal looks good with a house and a tree floating in front of the moon.
Re: Home Improvement
Turtles happen to be my favorite animal, so laid back. I was going to design a turtle shirt till i saw this one, I can't compete. Plus duct tape, the eigth wonder of the world, awesome.
Andy47240 wrote:Yeah, I thnk Royal looks good with a house and a tree floating in front of the moon.
Heheh. Yes, I think your shirt should stay on royal blue. :-)
Re: For some, this is home.
I like this style a lot better than the other similar one I just saw... the "drawings" on the inside are a nice touch... just wish they looked a bit more scrawled, or there was a sharpie laying around to make it clearer
Re: Learning from your mistakes
the third little pig leaves no uncertainties.
Re: Beware of Dog
A certian small yellow bird got a little to close to this beagle's home. He better clean up the evidence. I tried really hard to recreate the same feel as a Peanuts image, without actually copying exactly. Enjoy!
Thanks =p resubbed with new thumbnail
kylemittskus wrote:Threadless.com is one. Designbyhumans is another although they go for those artsy shirts. Those are the two big ones I know.
Oh I know about those. I was thinking of sites more like Cafepress (I think) where you set up your own shop and sell shirts. Matter of fact here's one of my shirts on DBH. :D http://www.designbyhumans.com/vote/detail/15238
volxcano wrote:Thanks =p resubbed with new thumbnail
Much better thumbnail on the other one. You can get rid of this one (if you haven't already) by clicking the red "X" in the top corner.

If you're looking for a place to self-print, Zazzle and Spreadshirt are two common choices.

Seriously... why is this not in the fog? It's brilliant, fantastic, original. grumble... Vote for this shirt!
Re: Mad Hatter's Home
Now this is just fun all around. GMV
Much better thumbnail on this one. It gives a sense of what the main design idea is.
Amazing, I love the ants crawling to that one candy piece. Great detail. I want one!
Re: Little House on the Hill
I really like the simplicity of this. Good job!

Satire is making something that looks similar, not exactly alike.

Feel free to vote as your conscience/ reason dictates.
I'm going to stop now, because I just remembered we're talking about T-shirts.

Yeah, I didn't see BJDezek's entry when I submitted mine, I hope he/she doesn't think I'm ripping her/him off. Thanks for calling it cute Snarky. And thanks to you Daedalusknight for saying that it wasn't disappointing...;)
daedalusknight wrote:Glad you like it. Where are you from, out of curiosity? :-)
Sweet shirt, but The actual brown on my woot shirts looks a good bit lighter than this. Unless there's another brown available than the one my duct tape man, and cool breeze shirts are printed on.
Re: Home is where you make it
Great concept, great execution, 8th place. oh well. The week is young. Good luck
Re: Homeless where the heart is
shoulda put your squeegie bum around the trashfire too. Does a snowglobe count as home?

Thanks for the compliment. This was the brown Woot gave us in the shirt template. I realize that the actual shirt will look slightly lighter, so I made sure to adjust my ink colors for that. :-)
