Re: Etching Home

it is really unlikely that this shirt will get past the copyright rules, you may want to take it down and redesign.

Re: Happy Lucky Kitty resub

I resubbed thanks to some suggestions that the little gibberish character I had might be considered text. (Thx DK and SS) Also, I took the opportunity to tweak the colors a little, and fix a few mistakes I found.

Regardless, thanks for the comments and votes. Now, I just need a little luck, so do your thing Happy Lucky Cat.

unfortunately, your monkey will be rejected because of the welcome mat text, you may want to remove it, redesign, and resubmit:

I forgot to mention this shirt is perfect for anyone who is into architecture, blue things, anyone who has lived in a house or apartment, and anyone who requires the beating of their heart to live. If this describes you, I humbly submit that you would look very sexy in this shirt.

When this shirt wins... I know my wife will want one to wear to work on the Heart center. Nice job!

Re: Re-Calibrating

I don't think I'll ever truly understand the mindset of the average Woot voter. It's a crying shame this has so few votes. My only regret is that I have only one vote to give this shirt.

Best of luck Xzanthis. Don't let it get you down. I think this is the best design of the derby (not that that counts for much).

Re: Hi Honey, I'm . .WHAT THE!?!

One of those lovely domestic scenes when the husband comes home from work to his relaxing home only to be greeted by his wife and the smoke alarm.

This particular scene is played out using my hands. Yes, if this gets in the fog, everyone who buys this will be wearing a piece of me. These are the hands that gave you shirt design after shirt design for the past few months. oooOOOooo

Re: Nature's Mobile Home

It is beautiful, but my mom wonders why the Rhino looks so sad, and with his ribs sticking out, looks "starving" - while the crow lounges on him.

I voted for you, don't tell her, but what can I tell her to ease her concerns?

is this a social commentary on the sloth-y crow taking advantage of that poor starving rhino? forced to carry his weight and have only second shot at each meal? :o

amterpstra wrote:Huh... Interesting design. Wonder where you got the idea.

I don't know what you're trying to say here...I posted my original design at 12:04 PM, and then deleted and resubbed to make the keys white instead of gray this afternoon. The original concept was completed last night after reading the derby info.

Also, I don't even know what you're comparing this to...the home row one? Aren't they different enough anyway, regardless of the fact that I only saw it after submitting at noon?

Thanks man, it counts for plenty in my book. One way or another all the designs I put together will be available on shirts somewhere, my friends are all demanding it of me. I'll keep everyone posted once my 60 days expires on Mechaslavia. Then the floodgates are open! In the mean time I'll put up 2 more designs for this derby I think will do a little better. Thanks again for the compliment. Means the world to me.

Many healthy rhinos have those rib lines. Just a feature on these cool creatures. Plus this particular one has a nice big belly, so maybe that'll help ease her concern. ;)
