Yeah, but the slinger* from Courtesy Diner at 3AM most definitely changes the morning-after taste.

*For the uninformed, the slinger is a late-night St. Louis delicacy composed of hash browns, a hamburger patty, two eggs (as you like 'em), chili, cheese, and onions. It's best enjoyed after 2AM or on a hungover mo(u)rning. For best results, add ketchup and hot sauce.

What are you talking about? Ketchup and Hot Sauce have never brought about the "best results" at Courtesy. Perhaps "Tolerable" at Eat Rite and "necessary" at the Buttery.

His sister auditioned for American Idol last season, and made it far enough to be on TV (in a pleasant light!) which is saying something, considering how many people audition.

It's actially american fries, which are thin sliced potatoes similar to hash browns, except they are sliced instead of julienned.....

I so wanna turn the NW left coasters on to the glory that is a slinger on a hungover morning =D OT Hodges FTW!!!!
