This is a second version of another design, where we've been talking about the copyright thing too. When I designed it I figured it was different enough since I did all the artwork myself, nothing was exact, and it was a parody. But I think woot's going to have to make that call, and I don't think they've gone through all the entries yet.

I love that anyone with a set of grunge photoshop brushes automatically gets in the fog. Makes me wonder why everyone hasn'y invested in some. Hopefully this gets rejected since it's a design that's already been done to death:

I REALLY like this! Beautiful in its simplicity. You don't need tons of color or detail to really make this shirt work.

i'm sorry, i don't usually pull this argument, but you've been around a little over a month and you know what *always* makes the fog? funny, i haven't seemed to notice that. this design is plenty unique compared to any of the shirts you listed (by the way, maybe you'd like to learn how to post a link)
