Re: Coffee Stains!

This is fairly well done for this type of shirt. I don't mean to be mean, but there have already been at least two 'cofee stain' shirts in the woot(!) derby before and countless other 'stain' related shirts. The idea's getting a bit played-out for me, personally...

therodfather wrote:I get that the joke is the rearranged animals, but I can see this as getting axed. C is for Beaver... as in the most offensive word for female genitalia? I mean that was the first punchline that came into my mind over this.

As a female, I can tell you there's a much more offensive word for female genitalia, though that one actually begins with C and can't be put on a shirt. I would happily wear this beaver shirt.

Uh durr, had I actually taken a second to read the title of the entry (what a novel thought, I know!) I would have gotten that. In my head, it was a yoga-style YMCA.

Re: Test?

This is supposed to be a Rorschach Test with the word "Test" in the middle. It also kind of looks like "Jest" though so you can take it however you like, it is a Rorschach test.

Well, here's my take on our derby this week. No, he's not dead, just snoozing in front of the tube. And yes, there is some kind of bone floating in his stomach. Enjoy!

Really quick resub to change the detail pic... even though I still don't like it.

Anyway... only my second submission ever - and far better than my "black sheep" submission a couple weeks ago, IMO.

Re: alphabetasaurus

As much as I like the illustrations, I do have to agree that on a heathered shirt, grayscale images, especially small ones, will not show up well at all. Gonna have to think about whether to leave my vote on it for that reason.

Re: It was supposed to read FALL

Yeah, I'm a little concerned with the printability too... consider that the spiral on the cheeks of the recent Season of Change shirt didn't print- my guess is that is it was too small a detail to print properly. If that was too tiny to print I have my doubts about whether this is remotely possible... I do like the design though.
