This looks like it might be outside the printable area. Have you checked the dimensions and placement to make sure it'll be printable?

well my original design was within 16 by 20, I want it as large as possible so I'm sure they could take care of the problem if it is a little to big, AI vectors are resizeable

Did you try it on Lemon? It seems like since Iron Man is Red and Yellow, Black is an odd choice for the shirt.

Looks pretty slapdash to me. There's white crusties around a lot of the black lines and a big green square around the whole thing. I'd look to the mountie one as something that was done with artistry. This seems kind of sloppy.
