I'm very frugal (and just had a baby, so medical bills and diapers - yipes!) and therefore haven't found a woot shirt that I liked enough to even spend $10 yet (and there have been plenty of awesome ones) but this one I would've bought no questions asked.

Woot keeps disappointing me again and again.

I think what it is is that the text is a big part of the shirt and therefore not incidental.
Incidental text means that the design does not require text to be fully understood.
It got rejected because if the text wasn't there, you would have no idea that it was supposed to be the president.

I think that this shirt could do with a bit more colour (maybe some crimson dripping from the horn rather than just black?) but this is still a really good idea.

Actually, this was inspired by Fark's parody of Domo Kun of the kitten running away from the pair of domo kun across the grass. It is a pretty well known image, I'm really surprised that you'd think it came from that Pineapple Express shark eating kitten thing. I suppose that may have been inspired by the parody too, I don't know.
