Re: Wrath

I think I see what you guys are saying, some kind of other element that ties it down to the shirt. I'll probably put it off for now, but may try to work it further as a DBH entry or something.

Re: Chubby Bunny Blue (gluttony)

I prefer this in blue too.
For those who don't know the reference: Chubby Bunny. And PLEASE. Only play this game with adult supervision.

This is a GREAT idea, Artulo. Well played indeed.

TG, he reminds me of the Disco-era lounge lizards, with their "ain't I cool? " pose. Pretty funny! I guess this would be hard to wear if you knew you were going to lose your hair.

That is very wise of your professor, you are definitely recognizable, and on quite a roll it would seem. GMV

Re: envious horse

This looks too clip-art'y to me. In some of kamz's other entries, you see he can draw, and this is not the same style.

mjc613 wrote:Kausar, I like this, but it has too many colors. Woot limits you to 6 ink colors. If you can incorporate the shirt color into your design, you get a 7th. I think you have over 10 right now, and woot won't accept that.

Not to mention that woot doesn't offer a turquoise shirt color.

Hmmmm.... thats disappointing to hear/is it? In an earlier entry last week, from the way I was getting responses to my illustration work I reckoned I really needed to go to an art school. Thanx mjc613 for saying that this resembles clip art-that means I can draw, bless you. Actually, I'm a cartoon person, which often comes across in the designs. With this I planned to showcase my artistic ability, but the blueprint seemed very detailed & complex, so I did away with detailing & tried to put the focus on the theme that was the prop the horse had used to re-invent himself as the ethereal unicorn. Thanx for the comments guys-actually give an insight into my work. BTW forgot to thank you all for your votes.

You can pretty much already get it somewhere else, or at least a samurai shirt with good execution that isn't so incredibly generic.

I think it's really great as is sir. As I look at the design, I think some red for the blood would be sharp looking. it would give it the "Sin City" effect.

@Blammoed, serum79, Babs3, haydawn, iris420, phoenixgirrl, bradyson - Thanks! You guys are awesome.

@AnnaJo - Thank you. Hey you know my girl and your guy should get together some time. ;-)

@elstille - Yes! Please let's!

@fofmock - I hope you're right.

@dekonstruct - Thanks. Yeah I had a hard time choosing which design to work on first, but my friend SailorButterfly talked me into doing this one.

@ansharp - Merci Beaucoup!

@wileyII - My husband didn't see it at first either. I think Rman3349 answered for you. It's the handle.

@antsyashley - Thank you! I'm a bit concerned for myself because I think the snake is cute. That's probably weird...

@byrbwr - I see your point. Maybe people will like for it to be a conversation-starter.

@DavidShenoda - Thanks. But I don't remember saying I wasn't happy with it. What are you referring to?

@SydneyB, monotreme - I hear you. That's cool. I can't please everybody. Thanks for the compliments though.

Well then, congratulations, cause it definitely seems as though you have truly found your style with everything that you do. Myself, I'm kind of all over the place, although it's really casue I'm trying to get the hang of using a program instead of paper and pencil. So for better or worse, there's a lot of experimentation that goes into what I'm doing at the moment. But like I said, you have a clear style and it's definitely recognizable. Cheers!

So if you can't tell what's happening here, the skinny turkey is envious of the obese ones that get to go for a ride in the country, but he really shouldn't be since his fat little buddies will become Thanksgiving dinner very soon.

Hope you like it!

Re: Gluttony: Spaghetti Alphons

I would buy as many of these shirts as I could... I have friends who would greatly appreciate the nod to Mucha and the wonderful illustration of the subject. this one just works!

I think people like the design, but many folks feel that the "fat lady" on the front doesn't represent their self image... Nothing like going to the Gym in your "fat lady eating pasta" shirt... I could just see some lady on the treadmill being offended... or show up to a weight watchers meeting in this shirt... you'd be stoned, slaughtered, drawn, quartered and disemboweled... then everyone would go out for doughnuts.
