My understanding on copyrights was always that it's not a huge deal unless you're competing with their business. For example, if you started printing Mickey Mouse t-shirts, you'd get a call from a lawyer REAL quick, cuz Disney makes their own shirts. But since the Etch-A-Sketch company (?) doesn't produce clothing, I doubt they'd make a huge fuss out of it. After all, if they cared about making shirts, they'd be doing it already.
