It's supposed to be like spattered paint. That's why the body is incomplete as is the top of the head.

What if Vincent Van Gogh chose his eye instead of his ear?

The brains behind this design was none other than Sir AdderXYU. He was kind enough to allow me to help make it come to life. Hope you like it. It should please artists, people who like impressionism, and perhaps people who like pirates.

The trick to art is, if you can't do it yourself, figure out who can. You really brought this to life brilliantly. Hope the voters are as pleased as I am with it.

What if George Lucas had never written and directed Star Wars but had instead pursued a career in the U.S. Air Force becoming a Colonel?
WWII would have been a little different and the retaliation of Pearl Harbor might have looked something like this.
This is a resub of this design. I felt like the last one had too much for a shirt. It was too complex and I wanted something simpler.

Cool idea, but yeah, a bit overly complicated and the current pic doesn't work on green. If it was just a Tie Fighter carrying the bomb with that rising sun background, I'd want one.
