Hey guys,

If there are centering issues, you should send an email to woot. They may be able to replace it for you if it's visible in a photograph. (There were no problems with the centering on the ones I received, so it could be a select few)

I'm having difficulty hosting the images online - the space I used to have I no longer do (I graduated from the college that gave me free webspace and my grad school does not give me free webspace). I do not have facebook or myspace and I would really prefer to not sign up for either, I tried hosting on flickr but the images don't post. Any ideas??

Heres some pictures:











This small seems bigger than other smalls I've gotten from woot, so it looks kind of baggy on me. But thats why I also included the pictures of the shirt itself so you can see how its more to the left of center. Its cold right now so I'll wear a jacket/sweater open over my tee shirts and you can't see the suspicious penguin at all when I do.

That definitely looks off center... send service@woot.com an email with the pictures, and your order number, and they will probably send you a replacement. Woot has poor quality control but good customer service. :p

Thanks for posting those pictures, that's what mine looked like too, although mine was a large. I emailed the guys and they sent me a replacement. The replacement came today and it was aligned just right. Hopefully they can help you out the same way.

thats good to hear, I don't really expect a response until the woot off is over, but at least there is hope! I'm glad they took care of you too, no off center imposter shirts getting worn around out there with suspicious penguins being hidden...

this was my first woot purchase. daughter really wanted it when it was featured. she found it tonight and came running upstairs! super excited for her!

I agree it looks off center, try emailing at service@woot.com and see if they respond (include your order number and the picture). I haven't gotten a response yet, but I did email them during the woot off.

I love the imposter shirt. My boy got me one for valentines day and I wore it to disneyland! hehe.

So this is my first time ordering a second printing from shirt.woot. Today's the 5th day of me checking the FedEx tracking and being told "nothing's here" on the FedEx page. After searching shirt.woot of what to do, it told me to post here and/or contact service. I figured I'd post here first.
I ordered the shirt on 4/24 and was told pretty much next day that my order had been received and that FedEx had a tracking number for me, but repeatedly checking FedEx has told me they have nothing.
...help? Thank you.

^Same here. They told me to wait until Monday and then e-mail them at the service address if the tracking still isn't updated.

Ditto to this post and the one above it. Nothing from fedex, "Not Found" when checking the tracking number, and my order was 4/23

Moi aussi.. ordered on the 22nd, still nothing for the tracking number.

The same thing is happening to me, except I'm on my 3rd day of checking FedEx. I noticed that someone above said the shirt is sold out and that they were issued a refund, maybe that's the case?

I have also the Fedex shipping number problem (ordered on 5/27). I have ordered also one other shirt a week later (6/3) and that one is properly tracked. So it seems that it's "Imposter" related.
It would be nice to receive an update on the situation. Bought this as a present and the D-day is coming fast now

Hmmm, I'm sad to hear that so many people are having this problem.

I placed an order for "Imposter" last Thursday (6/4) and was worried that my shirt would have the same fate. Yet, when I checked FedEx today it said that the package is on it's way and should be here by the 12th. So maybe it is related to the date the orders were placed and not the shirt?

I have the same problem...I just emailed service; awaiting their respond. I have a tracking number for FedEx, but there is also nothing found....what is going on? I'd like my refund.....

Just got this shirt for my boy. He absolutely loves it.

Got my shirt yesterday, so all seems to have worked smoothly with mine. Don't know what's up with the ones that didn't ship, sorry.

I only just bought this shirt today. I've been wanting to for... months, now? Oh, and I'm so glad I did! I can't wait to get it in the mail!

Mine's been funky too. The tracking number popped up practically the day (6/19) after I ordered it, but that was weeks ago and it still says "Not Found" whenever I click on it.

This is absolutely my favorite shirt (other than Donut Panic!) and I can't wait for it to arrive! I hope it doesn't have the center problem like what the others have said.

Have those posting above with issues received theirs? I ordered August 15th and 3 weeks later: no item, no tracking number, no email.

I ordered this shirt on Sept. 3. It is already Sept. 13 and the Fedex tracking number still says that the number is not found. I hope I either get a shirt or a refund. I have already emailed customer service to see if there is a reason or a solution.

Now in all fairness I did check the posts on A Clue? and they did say there were some reprinting issues.. It went all the way to Earth City, MO when I live in Tulsa,OK.

I am also getting the "Tracking info not found" message even though I got an email saying the package shipped last week (9/29). It has been only a week so I'll be patient, but all the above messages have me a bit worried. If anyone has heard anything, please let us know.
