That's just, like, your opinion, man.

I'm very sad to see this isn't higher up. It's the only one I voted for and the only one I'd wear. Blast it!

I absolutely have to get this for my little brother. He's in the circus and he DOES this! Please print it somewhere, even if it doesn't win here!

Re: Flea Circus!

I really like this illustration. The presentation is a little wonkey with the box on the shirt, but the actual artwork is very cool.

I love this. It's clever, and cute without being sappy saccharine. I'd like to see this design get some more attention.

GMV, of course.

Re: Can't Sleep, Clowns will eat me (resub 2)

I like the design, but I'm picky on size. Looks like the whole shirt is clown (slight exaggeration). Don't mind me though, I have no artistic talents whatsoever.

Re: Oi! Mosh good!! another chibi is going to win the derby

The chibi needs shiny button eyes and a D mouth to go with its stump-limbs. The clown is actually pretty sweet though.

Tad bloody for my tastes, but the bear's expression is indeed priceless.

Re: I wish...

What I like: the colors. What I don't like: Everything else. I thought the shooting star was a dagger coming out of the elephant's nose. The elephant is completely out of proportion. Another unacceptable design that for some strange reason is in the fog. Compare this to Draxx' amazing design, then hang your heads in shame- those of you who voted for this atrocity.

Re: The Main Attraction

I'm really shocked this isn't in the top 3. It has all the ingredients (well drawn, great colors, wearable, funny elements, creative). When I saw the theme I thought we'd all be chasing this design all week. Hopefully it will have a resurgence.

I'm glad you still spent the time to do 2 other shirts this week, although this one is 100x better (IMO).

Re: Basic Training

There is absolutely nothing appealing about this "design". The tiger has NO expression (how can one love an expression that is not there?), the stance is all wrong, the eye is laem in the extreme, and the overall proportions of the tiger is way off.

Out of curiosity, what kind of "science student" are you? I find it hard to believe that you would care about animal anatomy solely as a "science student", unless you are specifically in the field of zoology. :p Because physics, chemistry, astronomy, and the majority of biology (including the ever popular neuroscience, immunology and molecular biology) students certainly don't.

Yeah unfortunately I wasn't very familiar on how to present it. When it said "shirt comp" in the submission page and showed a mini example I thought I was doing it right.

After seeing some of the other submissions I realize I should've gone another way.

Woah, small world. Your design is good too, I like the character of the animals. Maybe we have some type of artist telepathy? Look's like you have the votes, mine included.

This is one of the most wearable shirts that fits the theme in the derby. I really enjoy the designs that are coming out, but there aren't many that I would personally wear.

Your description is spot on with hundreds of wooters. Submit a design, get excited about the first few votes, feeling unsure if blog promoting will be effective or annoying, accept that the other designs are 300 votes ahead.

Thansk Skiro, I feel the same way. Can't win 'em all I guess. Maybe it'll have legs in the redo derby, or at Threadless or something.

This is extremely well done, gorgeous [in a creapy way] to look at, and I do love the Bradbury book.

I'm just not sure if I would actually wear it or not. I want to say yes...but I can't be sure.
