Actually, I think that the comment about it not being enough of a parody concerns the legality of the use of the Betty Boop image, rather than it being a not being enough of a parody of the show. Basically throwing a pair of glasses on the signature image doesn't take the parody far enough for them to allow it.

If the artist had changed her face to look more like the character from the show and kept the signature pose, I would think they'd have a better case.

It's cool, but... gross. >.< It gives me the heebeejeebees, potentailly looking at someone's innards spilling from the outside, even if it's just a picture.

They nailed me for text with a similar submission a while back... You may want to resubmit and drop the "A" from the cards and move the suit symbols into those positions to fill in. The A on the cards is considered text.

How did I miss this? I love this design!!! Maybe the submission pic should have been done differently so as to catch more eyes cause this is really cute and should be doing better in my opinion.

Regardless of the origins of the swastika and it's original meaning, post-holocaust it conveys a very serious, offensive and hurtful message for many people. I do appreciate the creativity but glorifying those who would use such symbolism and who have committed heinous crimes should not endorsed by Woot! and its community. Interesting idea but offensive shirt.

Thanks H.Heart! Actually it's royal blue, which I also considered for your bee but then thought navy might be better, heh.

There's a red version on brown too, but I think you'd probably prefer the blue;)
