Shirt.Woot

Was just thinking the other day that I needed some Random Shirts.

Got here too late though, no men's sizes left that will fit me.

In for three nonetheless. 2 for the wife, 1 for the child, None for the poor sap paying to spin the random wheel of fate.

Woot on.

It seems that Woot! pulled the Randoms on us a little early this time. How often do they usually sell randoms?

In for 3...went 2/3 on the last random, finger's crossed for 3/3 this time! Still irritated I missed yesterday's twofer...grumble...grumble

second shirt i am buying from woot, first random shirt.... this thing really is addicting :p

so the random shirts will be the ones in the description or is it going to be any random shirt?

Depending on what's in the warehouse, it could be anything, if it has already been reckoned. Some people get ye olde designs like I did last time I played Random Roulette ("Robot & Yeti", to be exact).

If you win the jackpot, you get a box of misprints in addition to what you ordered.

I don't think there's been anything in the most recent wave that I'd really want as a random this time. I'm still hoping I'll find Hungry Bento on eBay at some point. I was trying to initiate a trade on here awhile back, but like a doofus, I didn't realize that I wouldn't get an email notification that I had a message here on the site, and the trader went with someone else. Oh well.

Whew, just woke up. I was bummed to miss the double shirt yesterday, and nearly missed today's it seems (M-2X sold out!).

Question if anyone knows... I was thinking about buying one for a guy who wears a M/L, but it looks like those sizes are out.... would a WXL sort of fit? Or would it be totally off?

I dont think it will fit. The womens sizes are very tight and fitted. This is what I have learned from the past and what I have heard on the forums.
Maybe someone will have more insight as this is just from my own experience.

It depends on how he likes shirts to fit. One of my 11 y/o twins wears a woot MM; however, he will also wear my WXL. My other twin wears the MS, and steals my WL. That being said, they're 11 year olds so their build isn't as filled out as someone older, so they don't mind the more fitted cut and shorter sleeves. Also, the taller of the two is 5'6" and the women's shirts run shorter lengthwise as well so it still works for him. At 5'10", I find the shirts too short at times. My husband wears a MM or ML and would never wear a WXL as it would practically be a belly shirt for him.

I'm in for zero. I can't remember the last time I bought a random. Too many guppy derby wins for the last 6 months or so.

And your last comment plants me more firmly on the fence on whether I should order one for me. I'm more picky about tees, part of me thinks "why would you ever order a random shirt?" but I guess it's the intrigue.. or something! And the fact that it could be a tee I like that isn't in print anymore, but really, what are the chances of that?

Are you sure? I thought that was only happening with the randoms two times back (the boxes of misprints). I'd love it if they do it everytime though, anyone know if this is true?

I agree with some of the other people commenting, that there should actually be a blurry question mark short sold someday... I'd be interested in buying one if that happened.

i have a feeling most of the people that say they want one, if the time ever came, they wouldnt buy one. or have buyers remorse. Just my thought

I hear ya. I wish they'd make WXS. I am perfectly normal weight, but am kind of tall, so the small is too big for me. =\
