Dear woot, I really really wish you'd allow text for this one. Because "Hell's Paving Company" just wont come across right without it.

And perhaps you would consider changing the now seemingly ubiquitous "no text" rule to "no slogans"? Please?

I'm surprised to see that no one has mentioned this yet, although I'm not sure if it qualifies as a quote, but I would love to see a "Fight fire with fire" design. Possibly two fireballs in boxing robes about to duke it out.

I'm not an artist, feel free to take the idea or leave it.

Here is what I came up with for my thursday night 2 hour super speedy deluxe generic design. Keeping it simple on this first one this week, but I am going to try something different on my second design.

Yes actually. I thought about going more menacing but It's just not in me.

I like to portray potentially dark images in adorable ways. :-D

This is seriously the first time I had a solid idea for a derby. Too bad I can't draw. Oh well, knowing me, if I thought of it then most likely it's already a million other shirts by now. Now if there's ever a "random doodle" derby, I'm jumping all over that.

LOOP yours is genius.

STUDIO blue looks better to me.

Easy solution for this... put two pairs of bird legs, one pair down and left, the other off to the right. Tada! Two birds, one stone.

Final comp (unless I get some awesome feedback or something!) I also considered doing it on the creme color, and then the camel would be shirt color and I'd add in coloring for the sand. Thoughts?

Just wrapped this up. Take Rene Descartes' classic, add a bit of phonetic interpretation, and you've got:



"I think, therefore I yam."

Not sure whether I'll have to officially name this "I think, therefore I am" to avoid the bone smashing power of the rejection hammer, and hope that people get the joke. Anybody have any thoughts on that?

Gah, I don't have time to do all the elements I had planned in my design. I was going to have the sun, moon, stars and rain, and also elements of summer, autumn, winter and spring. Ah well. Two colours... the points are different.

Well, it only stopped snowing here about a month ago. Canada is fun. But to be clear, snow in April actually is unusual for us.
