We both know how "popular" your weathering/distressing is with the community, but I wanted to point out that in all of the other designs where you've used it, it's at least looked pretty good/similar to real weathering. This is coming from someone that owns The Epic Begins.

The sun does look like a vortex. And someone here told me it looks like a bale of hay. Either way works for me.

That's what I was going to suggest, but with the shirt color brown at the edges of the hole and gradually/topographically fading to an inked darker brown.

the arms were difficult for me to figure out. I had a hard time with them overall and redid them about 4 or 5 times. I'm definitely looking for a different way to rework this piece in the future and hopefully the arms won't be as difficult.

Really nice concept/artwork. Personally I wouldn't want to wear this on a shirt but that's just my style.

Also, has anyone noticed that the head and necks of the two beings look like penises? maybe its just my sick mind but they totally do to me.

Oops... I forgot to leave a comment. This is my design "Summer Refreshed". I was going to have it dripping into a glass of lemonade, but for some reason that didn't look right. So I just left it as a simple sunny lemon design. Hope everyone likes it.

Yes, they just got done giving miss' sun the bizz. Orginally I was going to have them caught in bed but it didnt work for a tshirt design, so I figured sneeking out of the house was just as good, graphically. Yeah it makes me want to play mario bros again too.

I like this version better. I really think this is an example where the "scratchy" (see: DeadFrog) motif could really add to the design. The thumb looks like the sun has a bit of texture to it, but it doesn't come through on the full image.

The thumbnail really doesn't do the image justice. It looks like a generic cartoony sun on a white shirt. Only those who actually click through will get to see the pun.
