Hoboken isn't real. (It's just a figment of New Jersey's imagination.)

Pander and Panda have two different meanings. However, band likeness is the least of this submissions worries.

Pretty cool.

Question, though... is there a reason the shirt says "gibbies" and not "gibblies?" or am I misreading?

flibbityjibbet wrote:I would love this shirt, IF I could put that slogan on the back. Does anyone know a reliable way to do that? One which does not involve ironing-on?

I would think you need heat...
Aside from marker, of course. Oh, there's always fabric paint, they even have in spray form, you would need a stencil.
If you've had bad luck with ironing, then I would go to your local shirt shop.
But, I use this paper that takes regular printer ink and then, after printing, you iron it on. It's always worked well for me...

Slanty is the new level! Totally on purpose, man, because as a low-budget garage band, Rusted Pucker can't do anything on the level!

Number 4 is probably the biggest one for old school designers. When Woot switched to this new version of the forums, they also decreased the size of the comp from 600x600px.

That got me for a while too.

eHalcyon wrote:I thought the same - that this design is a joke-ish shirt like tg's me-too birds. However, it IS quite a bit more blatant. With tg's, it was really just in the title; the design was still relatively legitimate (if generic). I think the pander bears might cross the line into "woot reference" territory since it references the drama over the "see no evil" design.

I too hope that DF will decline to have it printed if Woot doesn't reject it first.

Can someone please give me a quick summary of the "see no evil" controversy?
I vaguely remember a huge thread that went along with the first shirt but I never got a chance to read about all of the drama.

A quick summary and/or explanation would be greatly appreciated!

I don't find it derogatory at all. In fact I'd call this unifying . THE Filthy Hippies, I mean once you've got the "THE" your practically a union right? This one shirt may increase working conditions across the nation!
