Every Ramy entry is "done in the style of." It's just that most weeks, the artist in question is "that creepy 12 year old pokemon fan that's always sprawled across the sci-fi aisle of your local bookstore".

I agree with Jasneko -- it looks like it would be nice if it was moved a little higher so it was on the top right corner of the shirt... dunno if that's what the design was going for. I really like the colors though. :3

I kid, I kid. Nice shirt, I was unaware of this shirt colour until now. Perhaps I've seen it before and just assumed it was cranberry.

Hell yes! The horse was definitely heavily influenced by the Road to El Dorado. That is one of my favorite animated movies, and the horse always made me laugh with his quirky expressions. Glad to see another person has enjoyed the wonders of that movie too.

The shirt is orange, nothing weird. I don't believe it's a shirt color that's used very often. Woot offers a cranberry and a red as well, but this is just orange!

This shirt is really growing on me. Their expressions are just wonderful and I like the pops of color from the blue. I know the blue probably wouldn't stand out as much on a different colored shirt, but I still have to say I wish it wasn't on asphalt. I think it would've looked really cool on a royal blue shirt with either orange, yellow, or another similar color as the chemical/goo.

This is great! Love the style of your illustration. I can't buy it b/c I reallllllllly am too pale for cream. I probably also would've made the image just a little smaller, but I do love this so much.

Thanks janesko. The owl is actually studying about the nutritional analysis of rodents, something he might need for future reference.

You have some great people giving you advice!
I agree that this would be good for a contracting team or advertisment but not for a shirt. Would you wear this?
Maybe if there was a horrible teacher monster in one of the windows. Or the schools name was "the worst years of your life" (yeah...highschool was rough for me) it would work better. The best way to learn is just see what gets votes and to read the comments on all of the entries. Oh and to listen to peeps like Binkdrop and eHal. Good luck though and keep trying!

My interpretation is:

The boy got an F so he gets eaten/taken to the principal's office by the giant claw. It's basically saying...study or else!
If my assumption is correct then I think the reason it's hard to understand is b/c the claw is in the wrong place. It's probably b/c it's like one of those claw games that moves around in right angles. I think it just ends up being confusing. Like I said--just my interpretation.

With that said, I do like this entry and the storyboard of it. Maybe just needed some tweaking.

I agree that there is just too much image. Maybe a side placement (which I usually like but some may argue they don't do well) with only one column of lockers would have looked better.Keep entering and good luck!
