if this had the title on it so people get a good laugh i would so buy it.. but ehhhhh i dont know if people will get it the way it is
It's a very deathly weekend here at woot!
Pretty good, but not good enough.
Again, I'm worried about the black on navy, and again, I'm looking forward to seeing photos... I have a feeling that a second reaper on navy won't sell as well as the first, but props to tgentry for such an inventive concept. Keep on rocking, good sir.
Love the write up about the forums. Dustin Hoffman said it well...."they're vicious, they kill their own."
The little spirit getting crushed ties this whole design together for me.
What are the odds that two heart beats are exactly alike?
Could it iron Hercules heart beat out?

when you are looking at an ekg, you actually want it to look uniform.
the only shirt from the fog i liked was the michaeljackson-crow shirt. god help me if it isn't up tomorrow
this is a very creative rendition of an age-old problem.
Cool T-shirt too bad you don't sell one that would fit. I don't plan on starting a belly-hanging-out trend. You lost my sale.
Flatliners! With Julia Roberts and Keifer Sutherland getting his butt whopped by the little demon kid! IN FOR ONE. Congrats sir. Excellent design for sure.

I'm tempted to buy it just to see how it prints. Which is a terrible reason. But the fact that the reaper is a little hard to see might be a plus for this design. You see the heartbeat and the flat line, then you see there's something else going on, then you take another look and you finally see the reaper. But I don't know. I need to think about this one a while.
Love this shirt. In for one.
Death obviously has some pressing matters to attend to.
Personally, I'm more frightened by the fact the reaper has an iron in the first place... doesn't he have minions to iron his robes for him?

Actually, I think that's supposed to be steam from the iron... not alittle spirit.

yeah, good points, the dark green for the bottom of reapers costume is too dark and blends into the shirt. i voted for this during the derby but i still dont know if i should get it.
these navys really look very green..
What if Death gets a phone call when he's ironing out those last few wrinkles and accidentally leaves the iron on you know like in an old TV show where they burn the shirts? If he freaks out and removes the iron and doesn't finish are you left with a black heart or perhaps just a black spot on your soul? Maybe this is how serial killers are created.
Voted. Bought one. Very happy. Thanks tgentry!

hows about an exercise trend... get the belly down to the point where it doesnt hang out.
Very neat idea, but too gloomy for me to wear.
FWIW, the reaper itself should be fairly visible thanks to the green outline. It's just the finer details that may disappear - the power cord and the ground, for example.
Is it Ironic how he irons so much, yet his robes are always wrinkly?
At first glance I thought this was the grim reaper DJing some good tunes. I was going to buy it, but then upon closer look I realized he's just chillin....and decided I wasn't really into doing laundry. I think the grim reaper DJing some wicked tunes would be a sweet shirt though (hint hint)
Muntoe wrote:Personally, I'm more frightened by the fact the reaper has an iron in the first place... doesn't he have minions to iron his robes for him?
He's not ironing his robes - he's flattening out a heartbeat.
Adaria wrote:Actually, I think that's supposed to be steam from the iron... not alittle spirit.
I believe it's supposed to be both steam from the iron AND the soul of the newly deceased.
I wish I knew how to read a EKG.
Is this how the grim reaper keeps his robe so dark without fading in the wash?
eHalcyon wrote: He's not ironing his robes - he's flattening out a heartbeat.
Oh, I am well aware of that. But the fact that he possesses an iron in the first place means that he does not have any servants to maintain his wardrobe! Either that or Death is a very good housekeeper.
so, if he quits will the person come back from the dead like a zombie?
Love this shirt. Used the $5 off code I've been saving and will be wearing it soon. Guess not to work though since I work in healthcare and do some studies that involve EKG's... Bad karma there for my patients!
Ooh! Death's using one of those irons that has the steamer built right in. Fancy!
glow in the dark ink would make this a must have
unable to purchase or view half the webpages..
This shirt reaps of irony.
