That deer is SUCH a show off! Just look at his pattern!
I don't want to sound overly harsh, but the animals look like stock vectors or traced images.
I remember when houndstooth was just an ugly wallpaper on Windows 95.
now that's a deer of a different color!
that is one wierd grouping of animals. where are they?
haha i love it, i would like it more if the title was on the shirt. (my gf also agrees)
The reindeer... fashionable and faceless.
Well then. This week has been decidedly solid, eh? If nothing else this is the best willy piva I recall seeing on this site. Shame none have been a buy, tho

They broke out of the zoo... That wild character in the middle is responsible.
Strange...I look at this and think of Christmas.
That hound sure looks like it wants to sink its teeth into that deer.
he really got the bad end on the camouflage deal
I hope that deer molts. Houndstooth is not appropriate for the spring or summer seasons.
even fashionista knows black is always in plus considering all the animals are hovering around, i think that deer has been spotted
I love trend-setters!

Yeah, and then they went back in time and made it a popular pattern in older garments. Damn hackers!
I don't see the point of wearing this shirt unless you run up to people and stick it right in their face to see the design.
the forehead of the zebra just looks wrong to me when up against the deer.

Not if he takes refuge in a 1950's suburban knitting circle.
he good at what woot? those buck hooves look terrible. so maybe not stock but a trace?
I spy with my little eye...

Or you think "that's a damn good design, one I like very much regardless of what others think".

Absolutely
Why all the bird silhouettes?
I understand why the other animals are there, but what's with that dalmatian?
JadenKale wrote:They broke out of the zoo... That wild character in the middle is responsible.
Since when are there dogs in zoos? Okay, okay - there are wild dogs, but certainly not dalmatians.

yeah, the funny thing about white is, it's very hard to lose contrast against it. I can see the issue of the animals' "style" (one of the reasons I'm not buying... they do seem to be drawn too simply), but to think they won't show up is to not understand what "white" means
It's like a magic eye... kinda... but not really.
The dark blobs under the tiger make it look like he had an accident...
i feel like everything but the deer would fade after about 2 or 3 washes. maybe that's the point though. show-off.
is that a cactus near the dog? and that one bird is about to swoop down and carry off the panda
That deer is wishing he upgraded to cashmere instead of itchy wool.
the design on the deer reminds me of that old space invaders game. anyone else see it?
january wrote:I understand why the other animals are there, but what's with that dalmatian?
It's the birds that get me. The other animals (dalmation included) are there because they are black and white, thereby reinforcing the "fashionista" status of the houndstooth-bedecked deer. I still don't get the reason for the bird silhouettes though.
the animals are all animals that have interesting colorations :] thus dalmation.
jasonAP wrote:Since when are there dogs in zoos? Okay, okay - there are wild dogs, but certainly not dalmatians.
Pongo was there with the 101 brats.
jpmillman wrote:It's like a magic eye... kinda... but not really.
Magic eye? is that the pictures that if you stare at and unfocus your eyes you see a different picture - cause that's what I thought when I first saw this one.
probably because all of the other animals are black and white. hence black and white dalmation.......

I wanna know why a buck is a fashionista. Never heard that term used to describe a straight male (hey, some of my diva friends *are* fashionistas). Is there something we need to know about this buck?
