While I can't say for certain since I don't have access to the copyright records of the world, it makes more than logical sense that a company like Hallmark has copyrighted the image of a black cat in a pumpkin. I say this because I know there are, like I said above, stickers, cards, shirts, etc. And, if you scroll above this a few posts, there are links to two pictures that are disgustingly similar to this (three more in the rejected shirt thread.) Obviously, a tiger isn't copyrighted, nor is a pumpkin. However, a cat (let's call a spade a spade here) in a pumpkin is 99% surely a copyrighted image.
